Blue Wolf-backed companies Pearl and TGW merge

Pearl Technologies and TGW, both of which are portfolio companies of Blue Wolf Capital Partners, have merged. No financial terms were disclosed. The newly combined company, which will be known as Edge Industrial Technologies, will provide aftermarket consumables to the food processing, packaging, converting and extrusion industries.
