Boston Scientific Corp to buy VC-backed Apama Medical
Boston Scientific Corp has agreed to acquire Campbell-California-based medical device firm Apama Medical Inc for $300 million, which includes $175 million in cash upfront. Apama's backers included Ascension Ventures, Medvance Incubator Partners, ONSET Ventures and Incept.
