Box.net Buys Increo Solutions
Box.net, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based provider of an online filing system, has acquired Increo Solutions, a Mountain View, Calif.-based developer of collaborative online document and media viewing tools. No financial terms were disclosed. Box.net has raised $12.5 million from U.S. Venture Partners and Draper Fisher Jurvetson, while Increo raised a small amount of seed funding from DFJ.
