Branson backs smart doorbell maker Ring
Santa Monica, California-based smart doorbell creator Ring has secured $28 million in Series B funding. Sir Richard Branson, Shea Ventures and American Family Insurance led the round with participation from other investors that included True Ventures and Upfront Ventures.
