Bread attracts $126 mln
Bread, a provider of pay-over-time solutions for online merchants, has closed $126 million in equity and debt financing. Menlo Ventures led the equity round with participation from other investors that included Bessemer Venture Partners and RRE Ventures. Victory Park Capital provided the debt facility. Concurrent with the funding, Mark Siegel, Menlo’s managing partner, will be joining Bread’s board of directors.
