Bregal, Pacific Seafood invest in American Seafood
Bregal Partners, as well as Pacific Seafood Group, has invested in American Seafoods via a recapitalization. Other investors include Frank Dulcich, CEO of Pacific Seafood Group; Chris Lischewski, CEO of Bumble Bee Foods; and Amy Humphreys, former CEO of Icicle Seafoods. Financial terms weren’t announced but American Seafoods said the recap reduced its debt. Bregal holds a significant but noncontrolling stake in American Seafood while the company’s management also has an interest. Ares Capital Corp.provided financing. Seattle-based American Seafoods harvester of wild-caught fish for human consumption.
