Bregal Sagemount invests in Buyers Edge Platform

Bregal Sagemount has made an investment in Buyers Edge Platform, a provider of procurement software, group purchasing and data analytics to the food service industry. No financial terms were disclosed. Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group and AB Private Credit Investors provided debt financing for the transaction.
