Brentwood Associates exits Allen Edmonds in $255 mln sale

Caleres said Dec. 13 that it acquired Allen Edmonds from Brentwood Associates for $255 million, subject to certain adjustments. Allen Edmonds is a U.S.-based maker of men’s premium handcrafted leather footwear and accessories. Wells Fargo Securities provided financial advice to Caleres.
