Bridge Office Manager buys San Mateo, California three-building office campus

Bridge Office Fund Manager, an affiliate of Bridge Investment Group, has acquired 1900-2000 Alameda de las Pulgas, a three-building, office campus in San Mateo, California. The seller was BRE Alameda Property. No financial terms were disclosed for the acquisition; however, Bridge does plan on investing more than $7.6 million to renovate the property that will be renamed.
