Britton Hill to sell Hawker Pacific for $250 mln

Jet Aviation is buying Hawker Pacific Airservices Ltd for $250 million. Hawker is a portfolio company of Britton Hill Partners. Hawker, of Sydney, Australia, is a general aviation service provider within the Asia Pacific region. Sidley Austin LLP provided legal advice while Jefferies LLC served as financial adviser to Hawker Pacific.
