Brookfield Asset Management Inc. has completed its buy of GrafTech International Ltd. GrafTech common shares ceased trading on the NYSE on Aug. 17. The deal was announced in May. Independence, Ohio-based GrafTech provides graphite material solutions for customers in sectors such as steel manufacturing, advanced energy applications and latest generation electronics.
