Brookside supports Branford's buyout of ABC Industries

Brookside Mezzanine Partners has provided mezzanine debt and an equity co-investment to support Branford Castle Partners' acquisition of ABC Industries. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Warsaw, Indiana, ABC is a provider of flexible ventilation solutions and technical fabrics.
