Brundage-Bone Concrete Pumping buys three U.companies

Brundage-Bone Concrete Pumping Inc, which is backed by Peninsula Pacific, has completed three acquisitions in the United Kingdom. They include: Camfaud Concrete Pumps Ltd, Premier Concrete Pumping Ltd and South Coast Concrete Pumping Ltd. Financial terms weren’t announced. The transactions create a multinational provider of concrete pumping services in the U.K.
