BTCS and Spondoolies-Tech to merge

BTCS Inc. and Spondoolies-Tech Ltd. have agreed to merge. BTCS shareholders will own 54.4 percent to 55.4 percent while Spondolies will have the rest. Spondoolies, of Israel, is a transaction verification server manufacturer. Bitcoin, of Arlington, Virginia, is a blockchain technology focused company.
