Bunker Hill Backs Vesta Merger With /N SPRO

Bunker Hill Capital, a Boston-based private equity firm, has put an undisclosed amount of money into Vesta Partners, a provider of consulting and implementation services and technologies. Terms were not released, though the firm said that Vesta’s founders will remain “significant shareholders” and that the management team will continue in their current roles.
