Northstar Aerospace Inc, a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital LLC, said April 30 that Scott Burdick was named CEO, while Dave McConnaughey will be retiring and transitioning to a board role. McConnaughey had been CEO of Northstar since 2012.
