BuyWithMe, on a Roll, Buys TownHog
TownHog.com, the San Francisco-based daily deals provider, has been acquired by BuyWithMe, the VC-backed daily deals startup. BuyWithMe has been on a roll in 2011, snapping up five other sites en route to the TownHog transaction. BuyWithMe is backed by VCs Bain Capital Ventures and Matrix Partners.
