Callisto Capital's Lawrence Stevenson tapped as SNC-Lavalin chairman
The board of directors of SNC-Lavalin Group Inc (TSX: SNC) has appointed Lawrence Stevenson as its new chairman. Stevenson, who is the managing director of Canadian mid-market private equity firm Callisto Capital, replaces Ian Bourne, who has decided to step down. According to Reuters, Stevenson has been a director on the company's board since 1999. Based in Montréal, SNC-Lavalin is an engineering and construction business.
