Capital South Growth Fund invests $9.4 mln in Fresh Dining Concepts

The CapitalSouth Growth Fund has invested $9.4 million in Fresh Dining Concepts LLC. The investment was a combination of senior secured debt and equity. Delray Beach, Florida-based Fresh Dining is an Auntie Anne’s Inc. franchisee that operates 22 in-line stores, baking kiosks, and satellite retail units.
