CapStreet recaps Marco Group

The CapStreet Group said July 24 that it completed a majority recapitalization of Marco Group International. Financial terms weren’t announced. Marco, of Davenport, Iowa, makes and distributes surface preparation equipment, parts and supplies to industrial contractors primarily in the downstream energy, infrastructure and industrial markets.
