CarDomain Network Buys StreetFire
CarDomain Network, an online automotive community, has acquired Atlanta-based competitor StreetFire Inc. No pricing terms of the all-stock deal were disclosed. StreetFire had raised over $7 million from firms like Lightspeed Venture Partners.
