Carlyle buys majority of TestPlant

The Carlyle Group has acquired a majority of TestPlant. Financial terms weren’t announced. Seraphim Capital is the seller. London-based TestPlant makes the Eggplant range of software test automation tools. Redwood Capital Group LLC and Mishcon de Reya LLP advised TestPlant.
