Carlyle taps JPMorgan exec to be co-president, co-COO: Reuters: UPDATED

Private equity firm Carlyle Group LP CG.O said it appointed Mike Cavanagh, co-head of JPMorgan Chase & Co's JPM.N corporate and investment bank, as co-president and co-chief operating officer, sister news service Reuters reported.
