Carlyle to switch to C-corp: Bloomberg
Carlyle Group is planning to announce its conversion to a C-corp when it announces second quarter earnings the week of Aug. 2, Bloomberg reported. Carlyle would be the latest public PE firm to switch to C-corp, a move that is designed to bring in more investors into the stock, the story said.
