CDC To Buy VC-backed Provider of Biz Intelligence to Manufacturers
CDC Software Corp. (Nasdaq: CDCS) announced that it has agreed to acquire a VC-backed provider of business intelligence solutions for manufacturing. CDC did not disclose the name of the company to be acquired, nor the acquisition price.
