CD&R Fund IX oversubscribed, raises $6.25 bln

Clayton Dubilier & Rice LLC has amassed $6.25 billion for its latest flagship fund after it was oversubscribed, turning down as much as $2 billion from investors, according to two people familiar with the matter, sister news service Reuters reported.
