Cell-Ed picks up $1.5 mln seed
Palo Alto, California-based Cell-Ed, a mobile learning solution for low-skilled workers, has raised $1.5 million in seed funding. Lumina Impact Ventures led the round with participation from Strada Education Innovation Fund, Partners Group Impact and Twilio.org Impact Fund.
