Centerbridge buys Industrial Container

Centerbridge Partners LP said April 28 that it has acquired ICSH Parent Inc, parent of Industrial Container Services LLC. Aurora Capital Group is the seller. Industrial Container, of Maitland, Florida, said it collects, reconditions and distributes over 10 million steel, poly and intermediate bulk containers annually.
