Centerbridge completes Superior Vision buy

Nautic Partners has closed the sale of Superior Vision Corp to Centerbridge Partners LP. Financial terms weren’t announced. Linthicum, Maryland-based Superior Vision is an eye care company offering solutions to the full spectrum of the vision marketplace, including employer groups, health plans, and government-sponsored programs. Houlihan Lokey and Triple Tree served as financial advisors to Superior Vision, and Locke Lord LLP acted as legal counsel.
