Centre Lane buys Infobase from VSS

Centre Lane Partners has acquired Infobase, a cloud-based subscription provider of digital educational content solutions to colleges and universities, K-12 schools, public libraries and enterprises. No financial terms were disclosed Signal Hill advised Infobase on the transaction. Infobase was backed by Veronis Suhler Stevenson.
