Century Bridge Capital exits Ningbo China residential development project
Century Bridge Capital has sold its stake in a $122 million, 840-unit residential development in Ningbo, China. In March 2016, the private equity firm made its investment in the project as part of a joint venture with Hong Kong developer Jingrui Holdings.
