Baltimore-based Champions Oncology Inc., which is traded on the over-the-counter Bulletin Board, has raised $9.4 million. Investors include Battery Venture Group, publicly traded Harris & Harris Group Inc. and Perceptive Advisors LLC. The funding will be used bolster sales and for working capital.
