Change Healthcare Corp. announced a second closing of its Series C round, which totaled $9.3 million. The company is backed by BlueCross BlueShield Venture Partners, Sandbox Industries, Mitsui & Co. Global Investment Inc., West Health Investment Fund and Solidus Co. The company closed an initial Series C tranche in September.
