Charterhouse's Vivarte Said To Be In Breach

French clothing retailer Vivarte, owned by private equity firm Charterhouse, has breached the terms on 3.43 billion euros ($4.51 billion) of loans, banking sources with direct knowledge of the matter told sister service Thomson Reuters Loan Pricing Corp.
