Chatham Lodging Trust buys Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Dallas for $49 mln
Chatham Lodging Trust, a hotel real estate investment trust, has acquired the new Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Dallas, Texas. The price of the transaction was $49 million. Island Hospitality Management will manage the hotel.
