Cheetah Mobile to acquire VC-backed MobPartner for $58 mln
Cheetah Mobile Inc has agreed to buy mobile advertising company MobPartner for a consideration of about $58 million. Djamel Agaoua will remain as CEO of MobPartner and also assume the position of senior vice president at Cheetah Mobile. MobPartner's backers included Alven Capital and Newfund.
