Cherwell Software Closes On $25M

Cherwell Software, maker of a “flexible IT service management” platform, has closed on $25 million in new funding from Insight Venture Partners. The minority investment will go toward growth and continued development. As part of the deal, Insight MD Richard Wells will join Cherwell’s board.
