Chisholm Oil & Gas and Apollo form strategic partnership

Chisholm Oil & Gas LLC and Apollo Global Management LLC have formed a strategic partnership to invest in oil and gas properties in Oklahoma. Chisholm has also acquired 53,000 acres in and around Kingfisher County, Oklahoma with about 3,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day of current production. Apollo has agreed to invest up to $900 million in Chisholm.
