Cisco to buy VC-backed Lancope for $452.5 mln
Cisco has agreed to acquire Alpharetta, Georgia-based Lancope, a network security company, for $452.5 million. The deal is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2016. Lancope's backers include Canaan Partners and HIG Capital.
