Cision acquires Bulletin Intelligence
Cision, a portfolio company of GTCR, which recently merged with blank-check company Capital Acquisition Corp III, has acquired Bulletin Intelligence, a provider of executive briefings for CEOs. No financial terms were disclosed. Portico Capital Securities LLC provided financial advice to Bulletin Intelligence on the deal. Based in Chicago, Cision is a media and marketing software firm.
