CITIC Capital in talks to buy Axilone

CITIC Capital Holdings Ltd said Nov. 6 that it has entered into advanced discussions to buy acquire Axilone. Financial terms weren’t announced. Axilone, of Paris, provides packaging solutions to the beauty care industry. Oaktree Capital Management LP is the seller.
