CityView appoints Ochs as IR head and SVP

Los Angeles-based CityView, an investment management and development firm focused on urban multifamily real estate in the Western and Southwestern U.S., has hired George L. Ochs as a senior vice president and head of investor relations. Previously, Ochs was a managing director at JPMorgan Asset Management.
