Clairmont and RealtyMogul acquires Connecticut apartment complex
The Clairmont Group and RealtyMogul has acquired Avon Place Apartments, an apartment complex based in Avon, Connecticut. The price of the acquisition was $24 million. Matt Schneid from Cole Scholz P.C. was legal adviser on the deal.
