Clarke Increases Position in Halifax's Royal Host

Clarke Inc., (TSX: CKI), a Canadian investment firm which focuses on undervalued businesses, has acquired additional shares in Royal Host Inc. (TSX: RYL), a diversified hospitality company based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Clarke also announced an increased investment in the company in April. Combined securities held by the firm represent, on a converted basis, 42.83% of Royal Host's total common shares.
