ClearCourse buys NetXtra
ClearCourse Partnership LLP, which is backed by Aquiline Capital Partners, said April 25 that it acquired NetXtra. Financial terms weren’t announced. NetXtra, of Bury St Edmunds, England, provides membership software/services and digital capabilities to the membership, events & bookings and sports & leisure sectors.
