ClearLight Partners selling Apple & Eve to Lassonde

Lassonde Industries is buying Apple & Eve. Financial terms were not announced. ClearLight Partners, which recapped Adam & Eve in 2007, is the seller. Port Washington, N.Y.-based Apple & Eve offers more than one hundred different juice products sold under its flagship brand name, Apple & Eve. Houlihan Lokey Capital provided financial advice to Apple & Eve/ClearLight.
