Clearview Capital Closes Fund III with $325 Mln
Clearview Capital has closed its latest fund with $325 million in commitments. Investors includes endowments, foundations, pension programs, consultants and high-net-worth family offices. Clearview specializes in acquiring North American companies with operating profits of up to $20 million. Atlantic-Pacific Capital served as global placement agent for the fund.
