Co-CEO Page moves into chairman role at Värde

Värde Partners co-CEO/CIO Marcia Page is moving into the role of chairman, where she will have oversight of the firm and be involved in strategic initiatives. Page will retain her seat on the investment committee. Co-CEO/CIO George Hicks will become Värde's sole CEO/CIO, effective January 1, 2016. Bradley Bauer will remain president.
