Colony Industrial, the industrials platform of Colony Capital, acquired a portfolio of nine warehouse properties in Atlanta, Georgia totaling 890,920 square feet in six buildings. The buildings' location offers immediate access to Interstate 85, and are 96 percent leased to 23 tenants.
