Colony Industrial acquires Northern New Jersey, Baltimore and San Antonio properties
Colony Industrial, the light industrial platform of Colony Capital Inc, has acquired a portfolio of properties in Northern New Jersey, Baltimore, Maryland and San Antonio, Texas. No financial terms were disclosed. CBRE's Brian Fiumara, Michael Hines, Brad Ruppel and Lauren Dawicki served as real estate brokers on the deal.
